и smartctl вы с какими параметрами запускали?
но частенько там оказывается пусто, особенно у тошибы/сандиска.
такой отчет это -x
в 2ТБ модель они случайно не QLC закатывают, а то судя по отзывам на разные китайские SSD с тао, часто практикуется такое, что на одну и ту же модель с небольшоё ёмкостью ставят TLC чипы, а когда ёмкость большая то уже фигачат QLC (типо и не так медленно будет, и глядишь сдюжит подольше, и себестоимость будет ниже).

e18 с qlc пока не встречался, вероятно в этом нет смысла, e16 еще не кончился.
пока встречались: micron b27b, micron b47r двух сортов, bics5 двух видов (2plane/4plane).
Сейчас с ибэй не так просто притащить.
